Subject to availability, we will dispatch orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday; Bank Holidays excluded) on a next working day service. However, please allow 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch for the consignment to reach you. If you do not receive your goods after three delivery attempts or 5 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter. An order is only treated as lost, missing, or delayed once the 5-working-day window has passed.
We are unable to export orders currently to our international customers. We are working hard on being able to ship globally.
