Once you have selected the products you require from our online store, you can add these items into the shopping cart. They will be held in the cart for you to review until you are ready to complete your purchase.
If ordering from our website or over the phone, you will have the option at checkout to select your preferred courier (UK Mail or DPD). Additional charges may apply based on your selection.
Online payments can be made via most major debit and credit cards or our third party mechant provider, Paypal. There is an option within PayPal to use a credit card or debit card if preferred. Please note, American Express and Diner Cards are not accepted.
VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20.0%, this is inclusive to the channel islands. Please note that our working dog range is sold on acknowledgement that you are purchasing food for “working or sporting dogs”, in accordance with H.M.R.C reference 701/15 (December 2011) Item 6.4.
Confirmation of your order is an indication that we have received your request for an order. A contract of sale exists between us once we have accepted and completed your order. This term has been included to ensure that where goods are no longer available, when the terms and conditions of sale have changed or we have to amend the order, you are protected and kept up to date on the progress of that order. We will contact you to ensure that you are happy with any alterations made.
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as “damaged”, or “unchecked” if you’re not able to check at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately with details of the problem and your order details. We will endeavour to rectify the issue in a timely manner, however it is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 14 days of delivery.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and under the UK Consumer Rights Act. Any damages or conerns raised regarding your order will not affect your Statutory Rights.
If you change your mind or wish to cancel your order please notify Eden Pet Foods within 14 days of delivery. Once we have acknowledged your request you then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to the address above. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning goods, as a result we recommend using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The returned goods do not need to be in their original outer packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition and have a removable layer e.g a box/plastic wrap so a return label can be attached by the courier. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
If you change your mind during the delivery process, additional charges will be incurred in order to return the goods. This cost will be deducted from your refunded amount if applicable.
Your refund will be processed as soon as Eden is in receipt of those goods, refunds take approximately 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account once processed.

Changes to our site
We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Each month during the period of 8th August to 31st October inclusively. There will be a new competition each month offering customers the chance to win that month’s prize. Individual customers may enter once each month and will be included in the main prize, but only their first correct entry will be entered in the draw for that month.
The August competition ends at midnight on 31st August 2022, September competition ends at midnight on 30th September 2022 and the October competition ends at midnight on 31st October 2022. Any entries received after these times will be invalid and entries received after the end date of October 31st 2022, will not be included.
At the end of each month all valid correct entries for that month will be placed in a prize draw for the chance to win one of our five Exclusive Luxury Gift Hampers, contents may vary depending on availability at the time of packing. Vouchers are valid for variable dates which will be confirmed individually and it is the responsibility of the individual winner to check the expiry dates. The monthly winner for each experience will be the first correct entry drawn independently by Eden Pet Foods.
The correct answers will be determined by Eden Pet Foods and their decision is final.
The winners will be notified by email and announced on our social media pages. The monthly winners will be excluded from the draw for subsequent months. By entering the competitions, entrants are confirming their acceptance of use of images and names within our social media presence.
Eden Pet Foods accepts no liability if for any reason entry submissions are not received by them.
As stated previously, if any prizes are unavailable, Eden Pet Foods will substitute an alternative at their discretion. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the prizes supplied.
No alternative or cash prize is available.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Eden Pet Foods will be final.
The competition is not open to employees or families of staff of Eden Pet Foods or their retailers/distributors/wholesalers.
Eden Pet Foods reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition without notice.
The competition runs from 8th August to 31st October 2022
The competition awards one prize for the Hotel Stay drawn on 31st October 2022 and in the months of August, September, October there will be a winner each month, which will be drawn winning an Eden Deluxe Hamper (all products are selected individually and can be subject to change).
Handpicked Hotel Prize
The prize does not include travel.
The prize is for accommodation only and all other costs are payable by the winner of the competition.
Accommodation if booked directly with the hotel and Eden Pet Foods are not responsible for availability.
The voucher is available for a period of 12 months, if the voucher expires Eden Pet Foods are not responsible for a replacement.
You take full responsibility for your dog at all times.
Your dog should be well mannered and kept on a lead when in the public areas of the hotel.
You are fully responsible for cleaning up after your dog when in our grounds, gardens and woodlands.
You are fully responsible for any noise disruption caused by your dog and any damage caused by your dog will be chargeable.
We request no more than two dogs per room.
A supplementary charge of £20 per night, plus £10 per night for a second dog in the room, will apply, in order to fully service and clean your room. We will only charge for a maximum of three nights should your booking exceed that duration for any one visit. An additional night’s room charge will be applied should deep cleaning of your room be necessary. This cost is redeemable against the voucher.
Dogs are not permitted in the hotel restaurants, health clubs or spas.
