These terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. They will tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the goods (“Goods”) listed on our website (“our site”) to you. Purchase Process

Once you have selected the products you require from our online store, you can add these items into the shopping cart. They will be held in the cart for you to review until you are ready to complete your purchase.

Orders are dispatched by DHL.

Online payments can be made via most major debit and credit cards or our third party mechant provider, Paypal. There is an option within PayPal to use a credit card or debit card if preferred. Please note, American Express and Diner Cards are not accepted.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on a next working day service (Bank Holidays excluded). However, please allow 3-5 working days from the date of order for the consignment to reach you. If you do not receive your goods after three delivery attempts or 5 working days, please contact us and we will track your order.

Order Cancellation

Please get in contact as soon as possible once your order has been placed to cancel.

We have a 15 minute cancellation window and can't guarantee your order can be cancelled once this has elapsed.

Once your order has been cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original chosen payment method and will show in your account within 3-5 working days.

Tax Charges

VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20.0%, this is inclusive to the channel islands. Please note that our working dog range is sold on acknowledgement that you are purchasing food for “working or sporting dogs”, in accordance with H.M.R.C reference 701/15 (December 2011) Item 6.4.

Order Acceptance

Confirmation of your order is an indication that we have received your request for an order. A contract of sale exists between us once we have accepted and completed your order. This term has been included to ensure that where goods are no longer available, when the terms and conditions of sale have changed or we have to amend the order, you are protected and kept up to date on the progress of that order. We will contact you to ensure that you are happy with any alterations made.

Returns Policy
Damaged Goods

Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as “damaged”, or “unchecked” if you’re not able to check at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately with details of the problem and your order details. We will endeavour to rectify the issue in a timely manner, however it is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 14 days of delivery.

Please understand that in instances of damaged or faulty goods, our policy only permits a replacement of the same items as originally ordered. This approach is in place to maintain the precision of our stock levels and to ensure the continued availability of our products for all our customers. If you encounter any issues with damaged or faulty goods, please contact our dedicated customer service team, and we will work diligently to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and under the UK Consumer Rights Act. Any damages or concerns raised regarding your order will not affect your Statutory Rights.

Returning Goods

If you change your mind or wish to cancel your order please notify Eden Pet Foods within 14 days of delivery. Once we have acknowledged your request you then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to the address above. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning goods, as a result we recommend using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The returned goods do not need to be in their original outer packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition and have a removable layer e.g a box so a return label can be attached by the courier. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

If you change your mind during the delivery process, additional charges will be incurred in order to return the goods. This cost will be deducted from your refunded amount if applicable.

Your refund will be processed as soon as Eden is in receipt of those goods, refunds take approximately 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account once processed.

Try Before You Buy

This offer is exclusive to brand-new customers of Eden the chance to obtain one free sample box of your choosing. Each sample box contains x3 100g dry food samples of Eden Holistic dog food and x3 50g samples of dry cat food.

Try Before you Buy Sample Box

Eden has the right to withdraw ‘’Try Before you Buy’’ at any point.

Try Before You Buy is exclusively for new customers of Eden Holistic Pet Foods.

You will receive a maximum of one free sample box, all other sample boxes will be chargeable.

By signing up to receive your free sample box, you are agreeing to join our mailing list, both internal systems and the use of an automated system.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Eden Pet Foods will be final.

Once you have selected your one free sample box and your order is complete this order can not be changed after confirmation page.

Free Sample Box is only accessible to addresses within the UK Mainland. Free Sample Boxes can not be sent outside UK Mainland.

Deliveries are not available on a next day service for Try before Buy samples.

Samples are dispatched once a week.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the working week Mon - Fri.

Free delivery on first official monetary purchase, subsequent orders will be charged after this if under the £75 delivery.
