Can you ship outside the UK?
We are unable to export orders currently to our international customers. We are working hard on being able to ship globally. However, we do have several international stockists in which you may be able to find our products, please check the store locator or email info@edenpetfoods.com for more information.
Can I soak the kibble?
It is completely fine to soak the kibble, however, please note that if you are adding water to the kibble, it should never be boiling as this will strip the kibble of the nutrients the dog needs.
Do you offer cat food samples?
We currently don’t stock 100g cat food samples. Cats can be a little more particular and take longer to decide whether they like a product. Therefore we offer a Cat Trial Pack, consisting of 2 x 400g bags of both dry food flavours and a 200g tin of each wet food flavour for you to purchase before committing to a larger order.
Why are your feeding amounts lower when compared with other brands?
Eden food is more nutritionally dense as it's formulated without, gluten, grain, white potato, or any bulk fillers. Because Eden is grain-free this means the carbohydrate content is remarkably lower making the level of digestibility significantly higher, this results in smaller stool volume and feeding portions.
What do you recommend for adult dogs with a sensitive stomach?
From our Cuisine Range, we would recommend Fish Cuisine as it contains a single source of protein, making digestion easier. From our semi-moist range, we would recommend our semi-moist duck and tripe kibble as it contains high levels of fresh duck, a highly digestible protein.
