Can you freeze the wet food?
Yes, our wet food can be frozen to increase longevity. To freeze the wet food you must decant it first and not freeze it in the can/tin. We recommend freezing in ice cube trays or individual portions.
Why are there variations in the smell, taste or colour of the food?
Eden products are made using natural ingredients and this makes uniformity hard to achieve, and can result in variations in colour, shape, size, and scent between batches. If you are concerned about variations in your kibble, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can advise you further.
Is your food free from chickpeas, peas and other legumes?
As part of a balanced and complete diet, pets need a source of fibre to help achieve optimal health. Eden is formulated without grain, gluten, and white potato. Our nutritionists have therefore added legumes such as chickpeas, chickpea flour, or pea fibre (some contain a variation of all three). Please see the composition of each recipe located at the bottom of the product pages or found on the bags of food.
How should I store the dry dog food?
All dried food should be stored in a clean, airtight container, and if possible kept in the bag for freshness with either a lid or a way of sealing the bag. All of our 2kg product packaging has the added benefit of a re-sealable system, perfect for taking on holidays and making storage easy.
Do your products contain rice?
No. All Eden food products are grain and gluten-free, formulated without cereals or rice.
