What is the difference between pro-biotic and pre-biotic?

Probiotics are the live bacteria found in certain foods or supplements that can support gut health. However, prebiotics is types of carbohydrates, mainly fibre, that the beneficial bacteria in your gut feed on.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2 pm on a next working day service (Bank Holidays excluded). However, please allow 3-5 working days from the date of order for the consignment to reach you. If you do not receive your goods after three delivery attempts or 5 working days, please contact us and we will trace your order.

What do you recommend for puppies?

For Puppies, we recommend our Puppy Cuisine and all our wet food products, as they are suitable from weaning age onwards. You can also feed our Original cuisine 80:20 kibble from the age of 14 weeks onwards. Our Air-dried meat treat range and Joint Support supplement are suitable for all life stages (Puppy, junior, adult, and seniors).

Can I combine Eden products?

Once transitioned on to Eden it should be perfectly fine to combine or switch between any of our Eden products.

What are the shelf lives of your products?

Both our Cuisine range and Succulent range have a shelf life of 18 months from production. You can find the best before date ink-jetted on the back of our bags. Our wet food products (unopened) have a shelf life of 3 years from production.
