Eden is proud to support charities that help to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs. Nutrition is vital to supporting the health of all dogs, and none more so than those who haven't had the best start in life.
The vision behind Eden is to create a world where every pet is healthy through mindfulness, education, products and services, and it is for this reason we have chosen to work alongside organisations who share that passion and commitment to animal welfare.
Moorlands Dog Rescue
Moorlands Dog Rescue is a non-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds (as resources allow) with the aim of finding them the best possible permanent loving home as quickly as possible. They are an all-volunteer, foster-home based organisation that help to rescue abandoned, homeless, and unwanted dogs. They also aim to raise public awareness of issues concerning dog health and welfare while educating and encouraging responsible pet ownership, emphasising the need for spaying and neutering, and doing the best to break down the stereotypes of "bully breeds".
A Huge thank you to Eden Holistic Pet Foods for their really generous food donation to Moorlands Dog Rescue. Eden’s guiding philosophy is ‘Supporting animal health through nutrition’, and this is something that we at MDR believe in wholeheartedly. We really see a difference when our dogs are transitioned to a high-quality diet.
Animal Lifeline
They are a volunteer run charity that have been helping to provide dogs of all breeds and ages a second chance at love for more than 44 years. Each year, Animal Lifeline helps to rescue over 300 dogs a year and has helped find more than 11,000 dogs their forever home.
We are very grateful to Eden Pet Foods for donating a large number of its products which will be of help to us at a very difficult time.
Doberman Rescue UK
Local to Eden HQ is Dobermann Rescue UK. The rescue is a UK registered charity that takes in Dobermans of any size, age and needs - from both here in the UK and across Europe. Over the years, the charity has specialised in taking in these majestic dogs after the dogs’ needs became too much for the owners to handle. The charity is always looking for new adopters, fosters and helpers to assist them and the beloved breed. The fantastic people at Eden Holistic Pet Foods have chosen to work with and supply the best dry food to our dogs. We are so happy and grateful to have this amazing company in partnership with us.
Our work doesn’t stop at food donations
We wanted not only to provide the dogs with nutritionally complete meals, but help with any special appeal dogs, get involved with any fundraising events the charities were organising, and try and get our customers involved. Our community of customers are all passionate people who care for the welfare of pets, so we knew we might be able to connect these dogs with a lucky family and help raise awareness of dogs in need.
All the charities we work with share their success stories of the dogs leaving with their new family, waving their tail to say goodbye to the rescue and hello to their new home. We strive to continue to help supporting these fantastic charities in any way we can for the years to come.
